Main Components: Polypropylene (PP), Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer rubber (EPDM), Talc powder (TD20 indicates the addition of 20% talc powder)

Product Features:

- Exhibits a favorable balance between rigidity and toughness, with certain strength and toughness.

Molding Characteristics:

1. Crystalline material with low moisture absorption, but it should avoid melt fracture during the processing, and long-term contact with hot metals may cause decomposition.

2. Good fluidity, but with a relatively large shrinkage range and value, which may easily lead to sink marks, dents, and deformations. Therefore, attention should be paid to controlling the shrinkage when designing molds and processes.

3. Fast cooling speed, so the gating system and cooling system should dissipate heat slowly, and at the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the molding temperature. When the mold temperature is lower than 50 degrees Celsius, the plastic parts may not be smooth enough, and problems such as poor fusion and flow marks may occur; while when the temperature is higher than 90 degrees Celsius, warping deformation may occur.

4. The plastic wall thickness must be uniform to avoid glue shortage and sharp corners with stress concentration.
